Fire Fighter Sales and Service Co. is seeking a Fire Alarm & Low Voltage Installation Lead in Warrendale, PA.

This full-time role focuses on managing installations, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm, security, and related low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA 72, and project deadlines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong leadership, blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or low-voltage system installation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage on-site manpower efficiently.
• Strong team player with collaborative jobsite coordination.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Bend, cut, and install electrical conduit in compliance with NEC standards.
• Pull and route wire through buildings, including above ceilings and through walls.
• Terminate wiring at control panels and devices; perform wire nut connections as required.
• Operate power tools (drills, rotary hammers, bandsaws) safely.
• Read measurements with a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
• Ensure installations adhere to NEC and NFPA 72 and local codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Review project plans with apprentices and junior technicians to ensure clarity and coordination.
