Job summary

Fortive seeks a Lead Fintech Analyst to serve as a OneStream platform expert, bridging financial strategy with corporate systems. You’ll manage the OneStream ecosystem, optimize multi-entity consolidations, and partner with corporate finance for high-impact reporting and analytics.

You will shape AI usage in finance systems, train users, and drive strategic implementations across OpCos. A strong background in finance tech and international consolidation is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, administering, or implementing OneStream Software.
• 5+ total years in Corporate Finance, Financial Systems, Consulting or FinTech.
• Proficient with OneStream Cube Views, Data Management, and member formulas.
• Strong multi-currency, intercompany eliminations and complex consolidation knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• OneStream System Administration across multiple operating companies.
• Lead design, testing, and deployment of new OneStream solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with corporate finance to build dynamic reports and cube view extracts.
• Monitor data workflows and maintain transformation rules for data integrity.
• Train finance users on reporting tools and system functionality.
