Precision Castparts is seeking a finisher in Wickliffe, OH to perform belting, stoning, and gauging of metal castings ranging from 5 to 50 pounds. The role requires strict adherence to MSDS guidelines and safety procedures to maintain clean, efficient operations.

The candidate will operate and maintain all related equipment, record daily activities with proper codes, and support a positive, cooperative work environment on-site.

Qualifications

• Operate belting, stoning and gauging of metal castings.
• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS and company policy.
• Meet efficiency standards as established by Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Incumbent must handle hazardous waste in accordance with the MSDS and company policy.
• Perform all clean and cap operations, including but not limited to: clean & cap tasks, mega dip, maintaining all automated equipment, mold prep, dewax, flash fire and special lot expediting.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standard as established by Engineering.
• Record, on a daily basis, all work performed and the correct distribution of the work time identifying same by operational codes.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly, following all safety rules.
• Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.
