Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and regulatory reporting concepts.
• Advanced PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access; data visualization/tools a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution for commercial data initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior team members and influence peers and management.
• Prepare and review financial schedules, reconciliations, and regulatory reports (SEC, bank reports).
• Perform variance analysis and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Uphold internal controls, GAAP and regulatory requirements; support audits and risk management.
