• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience, or 7 years combined education/work experience
• Experience with large datasets and relational databases
• Experience developing SQL queries and performing data analysis
• Familiarity with BI, reporting, or data visualization tools
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting or analytical solutions

Responsibilities

• Compile, explore, transform, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics
• Develop, maintain, and document automated data workflows and reporting assets
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• Support data governance through data definitions and transformation rules
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into reporting solutions
• Assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting requests and automate where possible
• Deliver scalable, governed reporting solutions with data engineering and visualization leads
• Share knowledge and document processes for continuous improvement
