Job summary

Stryker's Sage Business Unit is seeking an FP&A professional who turns financial data into actionable insights that influence budgeting, forecasting, and long-term performance. • Experience analyzing financial and operational data using Microsoft Excel, including complex financial models and multidimensional datasets.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Experience analyzing financial and operational data using Microsoft Excel, including complex financial models and multidimensional datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or MBA.
• Experience in FP&A within a large, publicly traded organization.
• Familiarity with SG&A management, consolidated planning, and capital allocation.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Oracle).

Hybrid: This role will follow a hybrid work arrangement, with an expectation to work onsite 1–2 days per week in either Cary, IL or Portage, MI, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

United States of America Pay Ranges:

• USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
• US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
