Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior forecasting leader to drive Demand and Revenue projections for US Fillers, including the Juvederm collection and pipeline assets. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combined experience in Commercial Finance, revenue forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, auditing and financial reporting.
• Forecasting and prior pharmaceutical or consumer industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand and Revenue forecasting process for US Fillers.
• Lead the development and enhancement of forecasting models for US Fillers, ensuring deliverables align with timelines and strategic goals.
• Craft clear narratives to support strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
• Identify key insights from data analysis, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and drive solutions/strategies to enhance operational performance and address issues faced by the business.
• Oversee the execution of LBEs, Plan, LRP, ADS and S&OP forecasts with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead the monthly demand review, analyzing forecasting trends and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
