Qualifications

• BS/BA in analytics, math, business, economics, finance, accounting, operations, or marketing required.
• 6+ years in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with cross-functional communication.
• Ability to triangulate diverse data sets and ensure data integrity under deadlines.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling; PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals/forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget development and system loads for Plan, LRP and LBE SG&A.
• Coordinate with Therapeutic VP, Head of Sales, and Head of Marketing for analysis.
• Prepare reporting packages and monthly variance analysis.
• Perform month-end journal entries as required.
• Provide value-added budget vs. actual insights to the business.
• Oversee cost/profit center structure and related system maintenance.
