LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Final Inspector for the 1st shift in Streetsboro, Ohio. The role demands hands-on inspection of final power cabinet components, leadership of an inspection team, and mentorship to ensure top quality and on-time output.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical or power systems manufacturing, with experience in leading teams and familiarity with LayerZero or similar power distribution systems used in data centers and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical or power systems manufacturing with quality control and final inspection focus.
• Proven experience leading inspection teams and managing workflow in high-reliability environments.
• Hands-on experience with LayerZero or similar power distribution systems for critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final components on power cabinets using 3D models and ensure accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the inspection team, supporting production flow and schedules.
• Train staff on tool usage, computer systems, and eBoss platform for accuracy.
• Oversee safety, quality standards, and daily production meetings with the Staging Lead.
• Coordinate with engineers to troubleshoot PCIs and maintain organized work area.
