Job summary

LeeBoy Inc., part of the FAYAT Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in our Lincolnton, NC facility. You will coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and drive safety and continuous improvement while supporting front-line supervisors and teams.

Responsibilities include planning production activities, resolving issues, enforcing SOPs, and ensuring quality standards to meet customer requirements and avoid downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment required.
• Effective reading, writing and communication with team members.
• Basic arithmetic and computer skills for business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and coordinate schedules to meet goals.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Enforce SOPs, safety policies, and quality standards.
• Provide coaching to front-line supervisors and staff.
