Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lead the filling line with safe, efficient production.
• Provide clear instructions on work methods, safety protocols and quality standards.
• Operate filling line equipment—labelers, bailers, fillers, forklifts, and automated control systems.
• Train new employees and oversee line feeding and pre-production tasks.
• Detail-focused: maintain equipment, track inventory, and deliver accurate line reports.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of filling line equipment and measure/convert material quantities.
• Train new employees and assist with line feeding or casing as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, request maintenance, and track inventory.
• Prepare production reports and keep the team aligned.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe production standards.
