Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lead the filling line, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production.
• Support team members by providing clear instructions on proper work methods, safety protocols, and high‑quality production standards.
• Skilled operators who can handle filling line equipment-labelers, bailers, fillers, forklifts, and automated control systems with accuracy and professionalism.
• Train new employees, oversee line‑feeding activities, and ensure all pre-production and in‑process work meets safety and quality expectations.
• Detail‑driven performers who keep production flowing by maintaining equipment, tracking inventory, and delivering accurate reports on line output and performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling line equipment to produce cans with accurate labeling and batch codes.
• Train and supervise new operators on line feeding and safety procedures.
• Inspect product quality and monitor equipment performance for safe operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot line equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

In this role,you’llguide team members on proper methods and safety procedures, ensure all materials are staged and ready, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.You willinspect quality relentlessly,monitorequipment performance, and make sure every can, label, and batch code isaccurateand up to standard. Every dayyou willoperatea variety of filling line equipment, measure and convert material quantities, train new employees, and jump inon linefeeding or casing whenever needed.You’lltroubleshoot issues, request maintenance support,trackinventory, and prepare production reports that keep the team aligned. Here is What We Offer You:

• LeadMachineOperator startsat$22.00/hrTeam members will receive a $0.50/hrincreaseat6 months of employment and another $0.50/hrincreaseatone year of employment.

• Any shift that startsfrom12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hrshift differential.

• Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.

• Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
