Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC seeks a Lead Field Trainer to train new and existing employees to industry and company standards in field operations.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, developing training plans, maintaining training records, and supporting managers with staff development. Class A CDL preferred; DOT physical required; ability to communicate effectively in classroom and field settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous utility construction field experience with a focus on crew leadership is required.
• Previous telecommunications construction field experience is strongly preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication with ability to give constructive feedback.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and have a valid medical card.

Responsibilities

• Effectively train new and existing employees to industry and Company standards in both classroom and field settings.
• Monitor and adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
• Assist and/or provide recommendations for managers in creating employee development plans.
• Maintain records and documentation regarding employee training.
• Other duties as assigned.
