Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Technician to lead concrete testing and IBC special inspections on major projects. You will mentor junior technicians, interface with engineers and officials, and own the quality of the record on critical placements.

Responsibilities include leading fresh-concrete testing, coordinating with superintendents, engineers, and officials, and supporting multi-state deployments. Strong certification stacks and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.
• Comfortable owning the testing record on major placements.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Inspect and document per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state deployments on a project basis.
