Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks senior technicians to anchor large placements and special inspection scopes, leading pours, mentoring junior technicians, and owning the quality of project records. You will interface with engineers and building officials on high-stakes projects.

You will lead fresh-concrete testing, perform inspections per IBC programs, and coordinate daily with superintendents and officials while supporting multi-state deployments on a project basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils certifications; NICET Level II+; ACI field certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work; Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians; Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials; Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
