Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior technician to lead concrete testing and special inspection on major structural projects. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with engineers and officials, and own the quality of the project records on high-stakes jobs.

You will travel for defined project programs, support multi-state industrial deployments, and ensure compliance with IBC special inspection requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Own the testing record and ensure quality documentation for each project.
• Support multi-state deployments on a project basis.
