Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Technician to lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspections on major structural projects. You will mentor junior technicians, interface with engineers and building officials, and own the quality of documentation the record.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project staff, performing inspections per IBC programs, and supporting multi-state deployments. Travel for defined projects is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET II+ or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.
• Own testing record and communicate with engineers/officials.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
