Rain for Rent in Guadalupe, CA is seeking a Field Technician Team Lead to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial sites. You will instruct and lead field technician staff daily and represent the company with customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding field teams to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety policies.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to collaborate within a field operations team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Train department personnel with day-to-day instruction and safety guidance.
• Inspect finished jobs to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Read work orders to determine assignments and material needs.
• Select pipe sizes and materials according to specifications.
• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment per specifications.
• Assemble and secure pipes and related equipment as required.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipe lines using appropriate methods.
• Use hand and power tools to maintain pipe systems and equipment.
• Complete department paperwork as assigned.
• Execute change orders in the field.
• Promote cooperation with all Branch and Corporate personnel.
• Be an active participant in the Company’s Safety Culture.
• Know and practice the company’s value proposition.
