Rain for Rent is seeking a Field Technician II in Las Cruces to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial sites. You will positively represent the company and build strong customer relations while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated, a team player and safety oriented.
• Customer service orientation is essential.
• Able to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and determine material and equipment needs.
• Select pipe sizes and related materials according to specifications.
• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment per specs.
• Inspect equipment and tools for safety and functionality before travel.
• Track and maintain tools and supplies; report losses.
• Complete Job Site Analysis for customer sites.
• Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and equipment per project specs.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipe lines using hydrostatic methods.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers during install and testing.
• Use hand/power tools to modify and maintain pipe systems per specs.
• Follow QSE regulations and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving.
• Promote cooperation with Branch and Corporate personnel.
• Be an active participant in the company’s Safety Culture.
• Know and practice Rain for Rent’s value proposition.
