Rain for Rent is seeking a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial sites. You will positively represent the Company and build strong relationships with customers.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, travel to customer locations, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork with branch and field personnel. We offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and determine equipment needs.
• Load, secure, and install pipes, pumps, and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment and tools for safety before travel to sites.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.
• Document job activities and report issues to supervisors.
