Job Summary
As a Lead Field Technician, you put smiles on Customers faces providing services to protect homeowners and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs. We are looking for a highly trustworthy and dependable individual skilled using hand tools and power equipment that enjoy working at Customer sites.

Responsibilities
- Greet Customers with a smile, review orders, and ensure satisfaction with services
- Perform exterior services: dryer vent cleaning, softwash and pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning
- Perform internal services: checking smoke alarms, cleaning refrigerator coils, cleaning and changing filters
- Scope and complete miscellaneous property maintenance jobs, including installation and testing new equipment
- Create professional job reports using our digital mobile platform
- Train new field technicians
- Leaves no trace of trash, equipment use, or equipment/supplies
- Keep tools and equipment in clean and good working condition; performing regular preventative maintenance, and if necessary repair in the field
- Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle, and vehicle readiness
- Drive company vehicle responsibly and safely to/from Customer sites
Qualifications
- Proven work experience cleaning dryer vents, softwash and pressure washing
- Experience as a Field Service Technician, Handy Person, or equivalent
- Highly trustworthy, and exemplifies professional behavior
- Gets great satisfaction from doing high quality work efficiently, and ensuring Customers are fully satisfied with our services
- Has a strong safety record, especially with use of ladders and power equipment
- Strong communication skills, with a preference to bi-lingual
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment and tools
- Skilled operating hand tools and power equipment, and solid problem solving abilities
- Excellent driving skills, with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to work sites and work according to a changing schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or GED; U.S. (no sponsorship)
