Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a Field Services Team Leader to guide a Tulsa team responsible for construction materials testing. You will supervise technicians, schedule field activities, and ensure safety and accuracy across field operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality control, and collaboration with project managers and clients to deliver reliable testing services and maintain ECS standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related field leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications per ECS policy.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Strong professional communication (verbal and written).
• Able to lift up to 85 pounds; physically capable of field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of field technicians.
• Manage day-to-day field operations including scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure staffing with trained and qualified technicians.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and proper PPE use.
• Manage field equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory.
• Communicate daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors.
• Support recruiting and staffing to maintain team levels.
• Review field reports for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Support project managers and department leadership with execution.
• Participate in project meetings and client interactions.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• May manage construction materials testing projects.
• Performs other leadership, operational, and technical duties as assigned.
