Signal Energy Contractors is seeking an experienced Surveyor to lead a field team in collecting data and producing maps, plans, and legal descriptions. You will ensure timely delivery within budget while complying with all standards and regulations for our clients.

You will interpret results, decide on methods and equipment, and communicate with clients. The role requires coordinating with the Construction Manager and maintaining survey equipment, with frequent travel and outdoor work in varied

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or equivalent.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with survey equipment and software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.

Responsabilités

Lead a team of surveyors in the field and provide resources.
Oversee data collection and the preparation of maps, plans, and legal descriptions.
Ensure work meets standards and regulations.
Interpret survey results and decide on methods and equipment.
Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
