Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Senior Survey Technician to lead field survey operations supporting transportation, municipal, commercial, and land development projects. You will oversee survey crews, coordinate daily field activities, and ensure accurate collection, documentation, and processing of survey data in collaboration with Professional Surveyors and project teams.

You will apply advanced surveying techniques, mentor crew members, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with land surveying.
• Must have experience in all types of surveying equipment and procedures.
• Must have a valid and current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets with survey teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor survey crews; review field notes and calculations.
• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys and prepare documentation.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate updates to clients and leadership.
