Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a construction supervisor to manage day-to-day activities on a self-performing project in a 100% employee-owned environment. You will lead craft crews and subcontractors, align field work with the project schedule, and uphold safety, quality, and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes Lean planning, coordination of equipment and methods, and active participation in daily reporting and PMP adherence. A strong safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in construction is required.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control and supervising employees and subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise craft employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field activities with the project schedule and ensure safety, production, quality, and cost goals.
• Oversee safety planning and enforce the project management plan (PMP).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, equipment, methods, and sequencing.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and quality control as part of daily operations.
