Job summary

Mountain Management Group is seeking a Field Superintendent for multifamily construction in Charlotte, NC. You will report to the General Superintendent or Project Executive and oversee on-site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, supporting contract administration with the Project Manager, and directing the project team to complete work safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has multifamily construction experience, Podium &Wrap experience

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Podium and Wrap experience highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• Perform on-site Superintendent duties
