Job summary

SRM in Studio City, CA seeks a confident Superintendent to lead field operations on construction projects. You will oversee daily execution, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding site teams and maintaining budgets.

Responsibilities include mentoring superintendents and foremen, communicating with Project Managers, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading job sites as a Superintendent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 30 certification preferred or required.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and mentor site teams on construction projects.
• Coordinate weekly labor assignments with Project Managers and foremen.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA and regulations across projects.
• Deliver quality by maintaining standards for installation and subcontractor work.
• Communicate progress and budget impacts with Estimating and Project teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align schedules and goals.
