Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on plumbing and HVAC commercial construction projects in the US. You will ensure safety, maintain high-quality installs, and drive project profitability while coordinating with project management.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial construction, OSHA certification, and strong communication skills to manage site teams, schedules, and budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent on plumbing and/or HVAC commercial construction projects.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction (hospitals, high rise hotels, casino's, office buildings, etc.).
• At least 6 months of safety training and current OSHA 10 OR 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure work environment through job safety analyses, safety meetings, incident investigations and employee involvement.
• Provides leadership direction for field operations to ensure a cohesive team in coordination with project management.
• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Manages field personnel priorities relating to technical ability and staffing levels to gain efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
• Ensures quality of work is installed per project requirements and company standards.
