Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking Superintendents to lead field execution on commercial construction projects in the Sacramento area. The role focuses on safety, schedule discipline, quality, and professional jobsite standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, updating schedules, maintaining daily reports, and ensuring closeout quality. This full-time, site-based position requires travel between local project sites and a commitment to OSHA safety practices.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction field experience at the required level.
• Knowledge of safety requirements, sequencing, and QC.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and enforce standards.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and field reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite execution in accordance with company standards.
• Own or support CPI schedule updates, look-aheads, and field coordination.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and jobsite culture.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and sequencing.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, documentation, and closeout records.
• Ensure quality control, punch list completion, and jobsite professionalism.
