Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing projects across various commercial markets.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement job plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Organize project site logistics and oversee project schedules.
• Promote job site safety and conduct safety meetings.
• Maintain detailed logs of activities and project progress.
