Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and schedules.
• Strong safety knowledge and OSHA compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Manage daily and weekly project schedules.
• Coordinate multiple trades and construction activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and quality.
• Resolve field issues and potential scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
• Communicate project status, changes, challenges, and delays to project management.
• Maintain daily reports, photographs, schedules, and field documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, punch-list completion, project closeout, and turnover.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
