Progress Street Build is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead residential projects across Lynchburg and Blacksburg. The role is field-based, requiring travel to game sites and strong coordination of trades, safety, and schedule.

The ideal candidate will manage crews, clarify scope, and resolve on-site issues while upholding Progress Street Builders' standards. Valid driver's license and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required.
• Experience as a superintendent, site supervisor or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and jobsite management.
• Comfortable leading crews and subcontractors in a professional manner.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to Lynchburg and/or Blacksburg project locations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Lynchburg and/or Blacksburg area jobsites as needed
• Supervise daily activity on residential custom home construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, materials, and jobsite logistics
• Help crews understand project scope, sequencing, and quality expectations
• Maintain clean, safe, organized, and professional jobsites
• Communicate project updates, issues, and needs to the internal team
• Support a strong client experience through professionalism, preparation, and accountability
• Provide occasional light hands-on help when necessary, while remaining focused on supervision
