Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods is a plus.
• Understanding of current construction practices, documents, costs, and budgets.
• Military experience equivalent to 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer or 12H Construction Engineering Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction activities comply with plans and quality standards.
• Enforce site safety and lead safety meetings.
• Monitor schedules and track project progress.
• Direct field staff and coordinate resources.
• Supervise craft workers and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement tasks.
