Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and high-quality execution of contracted work.
• Implement and enforce jobsite safety measures and best practices.
• Develop and manage plans for work sequencing, site logistics, and coordination of materials and personnel.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and company quality standards.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedules with milestones and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Represent the company with professionalism in all interactions and meetings.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and training on building operations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and conflicts.
