Job summary

DiSabatino Construction Company seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and multifamily projects. You will coordinate trades, maintain schedules, enforce safety, and ensure quality from start to finish.

This hands-on role requires keeping work moving and maintaining control of the project in the field. You will run daily field operations, coordinate manpower and site logistics, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.
• Strong communication skills and a direct, professional approach.
• OSHA certification and commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite at all times.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
