Job summary

Mazzuca Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects in the DMV area. You will own the jobsite, drive results, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to our quality standards.

This role requires coordinating trades, reading plans and MEP drawings, and using Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project daily. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of commercial experience, including secure spaces and corporate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience, including SCIFs and corporate interiors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite construction activities safely and per plans.
• Coordinate and sequence multiple trades to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage field documentation (drawings, RFIs, change orders) to align with requirements.
• Use MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore to track progress and communicate with team.
• Serve as primary field contact for project team and client representatives.
