Qualifications

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely to protect yourself and others on customer sites.
• Oversee rig up/down operations of Scout and third-party equipment.
• Lead and mentor Field Technician personnel; conduct safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Field Service Coordinator on job logistics and site communication.
• Maintain and inventory tools, trailers, and equipment; report malfunctions.
