Job summary

POWERX in the United States seeks a Field Service Technician (NETA 4) for project supervision, testing and evaluations of energized and de-energized equipment. You will set up test gear, document results, and coordinate with engineers and managers to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and NETA 4 certification preferred. Travel up to 50% and OSHA 30/MSHA/70E certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• NETA certification level 4 is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in field service or electrical testing.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED or related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical tests and measurements.
• Lead and manage projects, supervising NETA field technicians.
• Write and review detailed test reports promptly.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and recommend corrective actions.
