Job summary

POWERX in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 4) to perform complex electrical tests, measurements, and evaluations on power infrastructure projects. You will work with engineers and managers, set up and remove test equipment, and ensure safety procedures for energised work and de-energized lockout/tagout tasks.

Required are a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 10+ years of experience, OSHA 30-hour, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid, and strong report

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of field experience in electrical testing and guarding procedures.
• OSHA 30-hour, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical tests and measurements.
• Lead and manage projects, monitor progress and supervise field technicians.
• Write and review detailed reports on test results and findings.
• Ensure safety and effective troubleshooting with corrective actions.
