Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration at customer sites across the Southeast. You will diagnose issues, order parts, and perform timely service calls to ensure optimal operation of grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and coolers.

The position requires at least three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
