Job summary

Linde is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician located in Alabama, AL. You will lead the safe and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants while providing guidance and training to new technicians. Your skills in instrumentation and safety processes will ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong safety awareness; strictly follow procedures during troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Physical ability to meet requirements including confined-space entry and lifting up to fifty pounds.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites.
• Assist with training and development of new technicians.
• Perform maintenance and calibrations on compressors and control systems.

Skills

Strong practical skills and knowledge of production processes

Expertise in instrumentation, control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance

Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form

Proficiency in computers and Microsoft applications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Post-secondary technical education or relevant work experience
