$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Position Details

Title: Lead Field Service Technician

Location: Rockhill, SC

Salary: $35-45/hr + company truck, laptop, cell phone, iPad, fuel card, company credit card

We have an extensive network of locations and field service offices across NA and the UK serving over 20,000 customer locations in industries such as power generation, utilities, oil and gas, universities, data centers, and more.

Role Summary

Seeking a Lead Field Service Tech with strong technical expertise to develop the team and lead by example. Our company has experienced 17% internal growth over the last two years and continues to expand.

Responsibilities

You will lead a team while diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment. You will perform electrical tests using portable electronic equipment and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with electric motors, including low and medium voltage motors
• Ability to install/remove AC/DC motors and read measuring tools like micrometers
• Replace sleeve and anti-friction bearings
• Set seals, air gaps, and torque critical components to specifications
• Able to travel 30-40% of the time
