Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eight years experience repairing Caterpillar products.
• Expertise in Caterpillar service operations.
• Understanding of Caterpillar product lines.
• Expert hydraulics and power trains knowledge.
• Experience with electrical/electronic systems repair.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Schedule repairs with Service Communicator per customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Perform new equipment pre-delivery inspections.
• Communicate with customers for repair clarity.
• Ensure timely service reports and proper documentation.
