Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician in Oregon to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BAS and Fire Alarm systems. You will provide technical leadership to field teams and ensure customer satisfaction on-site.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with customers and contractors, and ensure compliance with NFPA codes while delivering project results and rigorous documentation of service activities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years installing BAS/Fire Alarm systems and related building technologies.
• 5+ years leading field service projects or technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and standards and ability to interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

Must Have

• * 5+ years of experience installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm Systems, or related building technologies.*
• * 5+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving complex controls, software, hardware, and network issues.*
• * 5+ years of experience leading field service projects or technical teams in a customer-facing environment.*
• * 5+ years of experience performing testing, inspections, preventive maintenance, and system commissioning.*
• * 5+ years of experience interpreting technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and applicable codes.*
• * Strong knowledge of BAS, Fire Alarm/Life Safety systems, and NFPA standards.*
• * Strong customer-facing, communication, and leadership skills.*

Preferred Qualifications

• * NICET Fire Alarm certification.*
• * Experience with Honeywell XLS3000 and similar fire alarm platforms.*
• * Knowledge of NFPA codes and compliance requirements.*
• * Experience leading installation, retrofit, or modernization projects.*
• * Track record of improving service performance and operational efficiency.*
• * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.*
