Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to head installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems. You will guide field teams, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving service excellence.

The role requires NICET 3 certification and at least five years of field service/technical support expertise, including AutoCAD and diagnostic tools.

• 2 years reading and interpreting technical drawings, specs, and design documents.
• 2 years coordinating drawing updates and maintaining as-built documentation.

The Lead Field Service Technician is responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems. This role provides technical leadership to field teams, supports complex customer issues, ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards, and delivers exceptional customer service while driving operational excellence.
