Lead Field Service Technician (Finance)

As a Lead Field Technician at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and facilitating our building automation systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our field service operations.

You will report directly to the Field Service Manager, based out of our Pittsburgh, PA location, and travel to surrounding customer sites.

This role impacts the efficiency and functionality of building automation systems, ensuring customer facilities are safe, energy-efficient, and productive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and repair building automation systems within a 150-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct system testing and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Provide training to other field service technicians and facilitate customer interactions

As a Lead Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will lead our Field Service team, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction and business growth through strategic initiatives and collaboration.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems
• Excellent problem-solving and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Proficiency with computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience in field services
• Experience with Honeywell building automation systems
• HVAC experience in large manufacturing environments within industrial settings
