KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise and facilitation for complex technical issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- SHIFT: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm with rotational on-call responsibility

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support, specifically with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Advanced knowledge such as IP addressing, BACnet/IP, and Modbus communication
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills related to facility control systems
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize service calls or tasks
- A track record of identifying and resolving system issues efficiently in the field
- Solid communication and customer service skills to clearly explain technical concepts to clients and team members
