ABOUT THE ROLE
The main function of this position is to respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. This customer will have various products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computer systems. Level 3 Technicians will be expected to coach and mentor more junior technicians. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

LOCATION: This position takes place on-site at NASA JSC.

SCHEDULE: Days/Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Can independently troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
• Can program more than one system.
• Perform system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patches.
• Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer.
• Program EBI's .
• Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of
the customers (may need to possess certifications).
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations.
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment.
• Security and other clearances as required by customer.This role focuses on handling and resolving complex service issues by providing technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell customers. The customer's systems may include HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems, along with related computer systems. As a Level 3 Technician, you'll also guide and support junior technicians. The main goal is to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years HVAC Building Automation Systems experience, including operating a voltage multi-meter and wiring relays.
• Ability to work independently 75% of the time.
• US Citizen and able to obtain military clearance
• Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell.

WE VALUE
• Some college or technical courses obtained through educational institutions.
• 5 years of experience with Comfort Point 1 programming
• Certifications in AC controls.
