Job summary

Intelligrated Inc. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician in Columbus, Ohio to manage a team of field service technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The night shift runs Monday to Thursday from 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with overtime.

You will report to our supervision in Columbus and lead efforts to support warehouse automation projects, conveyor and sortation systems, and related technologies through hands-on guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven field service engineering experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in field service technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Experience driving process improvements in field service.
• Conveyor background experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service operations and ensure quality delivery.

Lead Field Service Technician

Nigth shift Monday to Thursday from 03:00 PM to 11:30 pm - Over time.

As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Intelligrated, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

You will report directly to our 1 and you’ll work out of our Columbus, Ohio location .

In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization by leading a team, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring technical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
• Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies related to field service operations.

• Conveyor background experience
