Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience leading field service personnel.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the petrochemical, compression, rotating equipment, or related industrial industry.
• Proven experience servicing centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and assign work to Field Mechanics.
• Coordinate service activities for efficient workflow and timely customer response.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on compressors in the field.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs to guide repairs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation meet company standards.
